The ALU 320 + PFA is a versatile, extendable aluminum probe designed for quick and easy avalanche rescues. At 320 cm, it’s longer and more flexible than the ALU 240 model, with a replaceable tip and a compact PFA system for better handling. The quick-assembly strap lets you set it up in one smooth motion, while the rubberized grip ensures you’ve got full control, even in icy conditions.

With clear depth markers, including a 1-meter marker and a neon orange end segment that shows when you’re getting close to the buried person, this probe helps you to adjust your shoveling strategy quickly to save time. The larger probe tip also makes it easier to penetrate the snow.
