outdoor trad ROCK SYSTEMS COURSE

LEARN THE TRADITIONAL WAY OF CLIMBING

There is so much rock to climb in the Rockies, but not every line is set-up as a sport route.

Let our ACMG certified guides teach you how to handle whatever our local limestone throws your way. This course includes 2 days of training and outdoor climbing. You will learn the theory behind trad climbing and spend lots of time placing gear, inspecting placements, learning how to equalize placements, and building a variety of anchors.

This course requires a notice of at least 2 weeks in this booking period.

*NOTE*
When booking this course via our website, your booking will be registered directly with The Calgary Climbing Centre. The Booking Terms and Conditions that apply to your registration will be those provided by The Calgary Climbing Center alone, and those provided by Cloud Nine Guides will not apply. Contact our Program Managers for more details.
